How to delete your OutScore account

This page explains how to delete your OutScore account and associated account data from within the OutScore app.

Delete your account in the app

To delete your OutScore account:

  1. Open the OutScore app and log in to your account.
  2. Tap the burger menu in the top-left corner.
  3. Select Account.
  4. Tap Show Login Page.
  5. Tap Delete Account.
  6. Follow any confirmation prompts shown in the app.
Important: deleting your account is intended to permanently remove your OutScore account and associated account data, unless Sports Cast Ltd is required to retain certain information for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or compliance reasons.

What happens when you delete your account?

When you request account deletion, Sports Cast Ltd will delete or anonymise personal data associated with your OutScore account where it is no longer needed for legitimate business, legal, security or compliance purposes.

This may include your account details, login details, profile information and app activity linked to your account. Some records may be retained where required or permitted by law, for example to maintain security, prevent misuse, resolve disputes or comply with legal obligations.

Please include enough information for us to identify your account, such as the email address you used to register. Do not include your password.
